Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
At Krish Pharmaceuticals, we take great care to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, the following issues may occur:
- The item may be damaged during transit.
- There might be a manufacturing defect.
- A wrong item may be delivered.
For such cases, we offer replacements or refunds at no extra cost, provided the request is made within 10 days of receiving the package. No returns or replacements will be accepted after this period, except for the reasons stated above.
How to Request a Return or Replacement:
- Email us at healthcarekrish@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order Number.
- Reason for replacement or refund.
- A clear image of the product, showing the batch number, along with a copy of the invoice.
- Returns or replacements will only be processed after confirmation from our team. Items sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
- Products with open seals, improper handling, damaged or torn boxes, or missing labels/instructions will not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to shipment or improper packaging by the customer will not qualify for returns or refunds.
- If a product is damaged during delivery, inform us immediately and email our customer service team with detailed information and photos.
Once your request is accepted, we will arrange a pick-up within 4–7 days. Refunds or replacements will only be initiated after we verify the returned product.
Refund Process:
For refunds, the amount will be processed within 5–7 days after the returned product is verified.
Online payments (credit/debit cards or net banking): The refund will be credited to the same account. It may take an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You must provide your bank details via email. The amount will be credited within 5–7 days, with an additional 2–3 days for reflection in your account.
Replacement Policy:
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Policy Updates:
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
